Lightweb Has a New Look!

Our Client Portal, formally known as Lightweb, has been updated and now has a new look! We have been working hard to provide a more modern and user-friendly interface to better suit our clients’ needs while maintaining the same functionality and security our clients have come to know and love! Below you will find a tour of our new client portal. We hope you enjoy the new look. Please use our new built-in contact form to provide feedback or let us know if you have any questions or experience any issues.

View our new and improved Login page. Clients can use the same username and password previously used to login to Lightweb or use the “Forgot your password” feature to have a password reset link sent to your email address. You may also view our Privacy Policy from this page.

After logging in, you will be taken to the Home page which provides a brief guide for getting started uploading and downloading files relevant to your organization.

You may also update your user Settings or Logout at any time by clicking the relevant button on the sidebar, by clicking your name in the top right corner, or if you are on mobile, by clicking the Menu button in the top right corner on your mobile device. On the Settings page, you can change your name/email address, update your password, enable multi-factor authentication, and more.

Visit the “Upload Files” page to share files with Lighthouse. Just click the “Upload Files” button and drag and drop or select your files to upload. Your files will not be shared or available to anyone outside of the Lighthouse organization.

Visit the “Downloads” page to view files that Lighthouse has shared with your organization. We will notify you when your plan documents or other documents have been uploaded and are ready for view. You will be able to download files from this page by clicking the filename or the download button next to the file in the list.

The newest feature is our Contact Form embedded directly into Lightweb. Have questions, comments, or experiencing issues with the site? Please feel free to contact us directly in Lightweb and we will get back to you, on average, within 2 business days.
